About ORCIA

The Oklahoma Residential & Commercial Inspection Association (ORCIA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing the inspection industry through education, professionalism, and ethical business practices.

ORCIA members are licensed inspectors committed to maintaining the highest standards of service for homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners throughout Oklahoma.

Through continuing education, industry collaboration, and professional development, ORCIA helps inspectors stay informed, grow their businesses, and better serve their clients.
